COVID-19 Statement

Dear Greenfield Communications Customer,

Due to the concerns surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and its potential effects, Greenfield would like to take this opportunity to remind you of our commitment to you as our customer.

Greenfield is actively evaluating the situation and taking steps to assure the continued quality of our services. We are making efforts to protect against potential virus spread, both in the field and in our offices. Office staff will be working from home when possible until the situation deems otherwise, and our field staff is taking additional precautions when they come to your home, such as extra disinfection procedures, as well as wearing masks and/or gloves when possible.

We ask that our customers assist us in our attempts to not spread the virus by notifying us if you are showing any possible symptoms, or have tested positive for COVID-19, prior to your scheduled service call so we can assess if work can be done from outside the home, or if we will have to reschedule to limit our staff's exposure.
